During these exceptional times, our priority is to keep you and our frontline staff safe. We have always had exceptional infection control but several new things have been added to ensure everyone’s safety.

Before coming to your appointment, please familiarize yourself with the new office protocols put in place for your health and safety described below. Please note that they will be strictly enforced.
• We will ask you to go online on our website or click on the following link  and fill out a screening questionnaire  before giving you an appointment.  You will be asked to fill out the same form again a second time on the day of your appointment before you arrive to the clinic. The link to those questions are also  under the "Forms" tab on top of our website home page above.

• Only patients with an appointment and a guardian for very young children are allowed into the clinic.

• Please brush and use Rideau Centre mall washrooms before arriving as washrooms on site will be no longer be accessible.

• Please come to your appointment wearing a mask. If you do not own a mask, one will be provided to you.

• No food or drinks are permitted on the premises.
• You will be asked to call us when you arrive at the office and wait at the door until a sanitized room is ready. A staff member will come greet you, take your temperature with a touch-free thermometer, give you some hand sanitizer and bring you directly back to the operatory.

• Our reception area will no longer be a waiting room.

• Appointments will be spaced out to allow for physical distancing between patients. That might mean less flexibility for scheduling your appointment, but it will also reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.

• Please reschedule your appointment if anyone in your household has been sick within the last 2 weeks.

• You may be surprised that we’re wearing more protective gear – such as masks, face shields, gowns – than we normally do during your visit.

• You will notice air purifiers in every operatory to provide you with a clean air environment.

Rest assured, all these procedures are designed to create the safest environment for you, other patients and our team.

We look forward to serving you at your next visit.
